Subject	WHen would you need to upgrade your fuel return line?

Message	Been looking around, and I only saw 1 person that had upgraded his fuel return line and he put a -8 and could not regulate his fuel properly. I know he went down but I could not find out what he went down to. He has around the same power im shooting for ( 1000Rwhp ) so what would be the best return line size?
